Your kit includes:

How do I use the kit?
Start with slow, intentional movements; even 5–10 minutes daily makes a difference. You can follow Love, YUMI’s guided flow instructions (included with the kit) or explore your own routines.
Is it suitable during pregnancy or postpartum?
Always consult your healthcare professional before beginning any exercise routine. That said, many mums love the YUMI kit for gentle reintroduction to movement and mindful core engagement.

How do I clean my Pilates equipment?
We recommend wiping down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh cleaners and store dry. Let it air dry completely.

All orders are fulfilled in Adelaide, South Australia.

We currently ship across Australia and New Zealand, with global expansion coming soon.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within1–3 business days. Delivery times:

Regional / Rural: 5–10 business days
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email hello@loveyumi.com with your order number and photos. We’ll replace or refund promptly.
